ACC Tournament Schedule 2010 Underway in North Carolina

The schedule has four opening round games starting at 12 noon with the lowest eight seeded teams playing. All games during the conference tournament are to be played at Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The opening rounds first game has seed number 8 Boston College vs. ninth seeded Virginia. The Boston College team comes into the tournament with a record of 15-15 overall and 6-10 in the conference. Virginia has an overall record of 14-15 with a losing 5-11 ACC record.
Teams seeded from number 5 to number 12 have games to play on Thursdays opening day schedule.
Teams seeded #1-4 including Duke, Maryland, Florida State and Vermont are set to play Friday against winners from Thursdays games.
Two semifinal games will be played on Saturday with the ACC mens basketball championship game set for 1 PM on Sunday afternoon.
