ACC Tournament 2010 Maryland vs. Georgia Tech Video Update

But the Georgia Tech team blew that huge lead in the second half getting outscored 39-28 by Maryland.
Landon Milbourne scored 15 points for Maryland along with 6 rebounds but it was not enough to push them to the victory. Maryland is ranked number 19 with an impressive 23-8 record overall and 13-3 ACC record. But they lost to the 21-11 Georgia Tech team who hold a 7-9 conference record.
Georgia Tech was led by Iman Shumpert who scored 14 points with 3 rebounds and 4 assists.
The Yellow Jackets almost lost the game on turnovers as well as blowing the huge lead. A total of 25 turnovers gave the Maryland players a way to cut the lead to as little as three points late in the game.
Guard Greivis Vasquez added 17 points for Maryland in the losing effort.
MAryland was seeded number 2 coming into the ACC Tournament bracket 2010 with Georgia Tech seeded number 7. They will play with winner of the Florida State vs. NC State game ending tonight
