According to the magazine article, Montag had up to ten different procedures in one day and the aftermath nearly cost her life. Her heartrate dropped to single digits due to the amount of anesthetic used and she was reportedly saved by one of her bodyguards who was an EMT.

Montag calms concerns that she is addicted to the plastic surgery procedures in attempts to enhance her looks. She has had multiple surgeries over the years and shows no signs of slowing down.
